If you Own or have secured a Financial Instrument through a Collateral Transfer Agreement, either one of these two, a Bank Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit, we have the Credit Facility to Monetize them.
Our appetite is mostly for Prime Banks but, we will look at each Instrument individually, also Financial Instruments from certain Countries are not accepted.
Currently the Line's of Credit are available until further notice from our Funding Bank, a Contract will be signed by Owner and Monetizer which will be lodged with the Banks involved in the transaction, due diligence will be performed and if non-performance is the outcome a fee will be charged on the non-performing party.
The Loan is offered on a Non Recourse basis and sometimes as a Recourse Loan, If you have a Humanitarian Aid Project and need Funding we can also arrange for a Collateral Transfer Facility to help you in Funding your Project.
